Supertech present North Eye in Noida

The NCR is abuzz with the news of the tallest residential development of N. India, coming up in noida this township is seeing a flurry of real estate activity specially residential projects. Home to more than 7 lac people, Noida today boasts a contemporary lifestyle away from the hustle- bustle of Delhi.
The upcoming skyscraper, called North Eye, will be 255 metres high and will have 60 floors. This is way higher than the height of the Qutab Minar or even the Statue of Liberty. The tower will be a part of Cape Town- a 50 acre self susta ined township in sector 74, Noida.
The tower is the brainchild of the real estate firm Supertech. Supertech has a number of existing, ongoing and planned projects in the NCR.
For North Eye. The company claims to have hired the best technical brains from across the world. The rech-in-specification residential units will feature top of line comforts and facilities. On offer will be studio apartments 2,3 and 4 BHK apartment and 4 BHK condominiums.
North Eye will have an infinity pool and an open air restaurant on the 60th level. It will also feature an observatory and a high end business center. A modem retail shopping centre, a nightclub, a helipad and a dedicated kid’s zone will also be part of the tower.
Supertech, the developer behind North Eye, has been at the helm of introducing new concepts and technologies in the real estate industry. Today, more than 50000 people are said to be leaving in homes developed by supertech.
